    Hi,

    When a new user sets up a company, they receive a confirmation email and the account is status is “Pending” until the Admin authorises it. The site Admin will also receive an email to inform them they need to authorise the account. However, there is no follow up email to the new user once Admin has authorized the account?

  • What you’re describing isn’t a function of the WP Job Manager plugin; in Settings > Email Notifications for the plugin, there are only notifications related to job listings.

    What you’re describing sounds like a function of either your theme or a member management plugin, and I would follow-up with their developers about this.

    We have some documentation on the email notification functionality in the core WP Job Manager plugin here:

    Depending on how your experience level with code, you may be able to modify the behavior of your site to send emails when a listing is approved. However, as hastibe mentioned, it sounds like another theme or plugin is heavily modifying WP Job Manager’s behavior so it would be best to go contact those developers.
