    I set up a test account with a yahoo email address. Signed up using a pre-tested MailPoet sign-up form, but the email confirmation was not sent. The email address shows up as a MailPoet subscriber “unconfirmed”.

    Need help on making sure the email confirmation gets sent upon sign-up.

    Have you tried the same using a different email address? One with a non-yahoo domain.

    I am asking this because, the MailPoet Sending Service is experiencing temporary email delivery issues to Verizon Media Group services (Yahoo, AOL, Verizon).

    Hi Dani,

    I tried the MailPoet form sign-up with a Gmail account and it worked! Thanks for that. However, I have a series of emails set up for a new user registration through the standard Woocommerce log-in/register form. I tried it with a different Gmail account and no confirmation email was sent. How do I set up the email confirmation for a new user registration? Since my new user registration form is the standard Woocommerce form, the new users are assigned the role of customer.

    Hi there Carmen,

    Just to confirm, do you have the “Subscribe in registration form” setting enabled (under MailPoet > Settings > Basics)?

    Once that’s enabled, please make sure to also check the confirmation box when registering the new account:

    Both both of those checked, do you see the emails come through?
