I read through the previous topic on email, but it did not answer my question.
The confirmation email will not send for my client’s shopping cart. We’re not sending a download link, just a confirmation, but it will not send when tested.
I called the hosting company they said they should not be holding anything up on there end, though there might be an issue with the relay and they gave me this code:
relay-hosting.secureserver.net but no other instructions. Is this what I might be missing? And where do I put it?
