Confirmation email not being sent

    I’ve successfully created an event but don’t get any confirmation email. My event is free too.

    No, I never figured it out, so I’m going to be using other software.

    It’s a shame there was no support, as that is what I was checking outbefore making a purchase of the full software – never a good sign when there is no support before handing over your money.

    I’ve followed the few instructions they give in the FAQ on how to ensure your confirmations are sent. I’ve also clicked on the “Resend Registration Details” button in the Attendee List, it responds with “Resending email to attendee” but no email is actually sent.

    After over an hour of trying to figure it out, I’m at a standstill. My client is not pleased.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    I’ve purposely done that without the affiliate code, so you know that I’m not doing the usual ‘suggestion’.

    This could sort you out? If not, there are some other good ones on there.
