    Hi MailPoet,

    The confirmation email is not being sent promptly after a person registers as a new member on my site. I have a sign-up check box for the person to select as part of the registration memberpress form.

    The Welcome email (set-up in MemberPress plugin) is being delivered through SendGrid without any issue from my site. But the immediate confirmation email for the MailPoet newsletter mailing list is not being sent (when the box is checked).

    When I click as an admin to resend the confirmation email, it is sent out without issue via SendGrid to the member. Yes, I’ve set-up the SPF and DKIM with SendGrid so the delivery of the emails is working.

    When I check the Task Scheduler it says all is connected successfully.

    What am I missing to get the confirmation email sent out immediately so that I do not have to manually resend all the confirmation emails?

    Is this problem happening just when you’re using Memberpress + checking the box or does that also happen if you set up a built-in MailPoet form?

    We’d like to know if the confirmation emails are sent correctly from a MailPoet form, because otherwise the problem most probably is related to Memberpress.

    Thank you for getting back to me. I figured out why a member’s registration through memberpress was not sending the confirmation email.

    I needed to have active in MailPoet under the “Basic” tab the check box:
    “Subscribe in registration form”

    Once I checked off to have this active in MailPoet, the confirmation emails started to be sent out to those who register on my site through MemberPress.

    BTW: Your MailPoet form for a newsletter sign-up on my site is working just fine to send the confirmation email.
