# Confirmation Email Cannot Read HTML Code

 * I receive the notifications perfectly as an administrator. However, when I receive
   a confirmation email as a ‘customer’, every line of code contains HTML tags. 
   Is there a way to receive the emails as plain text? I am receiving the emails
   as shown below. I have HTML enabled for all my emails but for some reason when
   receiving this particular email, I do not receive properly. Please help!
