    When I put [gf2pdf_direct_download] on the email gravity forms sends to notify the user that they successfully completed the form and can download a copy to print, if other customers fill in the same form, the link gives the latest entry. In other words, one user can see another user’s information if that is the latest entry. Is this happening because I did not check “Save entries” in settings, or will this always happen? How do you ensure information stays private for each user?

    Also, I am not able to update the plugin from 2.1.19 to 2.1.21.

    I had the same problem on version 2 and the only workaround I could think of was to send the submission to an email field from the Gravity Form. Unfortunately the direct download link is generic and points to the last submission, so if another form (or forms) are submitted in the time it takes for the direct download link to be used then the link will point to the last submission. Hope this helps!
