Do you have send confirmation emails setup in the settings and also in the event itself. It must be active in both locations to send emails.

I am also not getting the confirmation emails for the coordinator module either

Any idea on how to fix this?

I still am not getting confirmation emails. It is correctly set up. Any idea on how to fix this?????

I am having the same problem.

In event management, I have tried both custom and non-custom emails (and did not touch the script in either case)

Under setting, I selected send a confirmation email.

This is important. Otherwise a good plug in.

The plugin uses wp_mail to send emails. So if all of your settings are correct, then the email should work.

I would suggest starting by changing your default email address in the settings for the plugin. Try another address from a different provider. There are issues with mail servers where they may not accept mail if it is not sent from the server with the same domain.

    IS this still an issue?

    Nope. all good

How did you get this to work? I am having the same problem. I have tried setting the default address to an outlook.com address and a custom domain exchange address. Neither works.

Mine worked fine last night, and we launched our event today. One person registered and no email was sent to me or the person registering. Please help.

Email to registering people works well. I have no email sent to administrator. Isn’t it supposed to do this?

The plugin alone does not send email to the owner, only the registrant. When developed we assumed the owner had access to the backend and did not need their mailbox full of registration notices. We have since developed a add on module available on our website that allows you to send a registration notice to an event coordinator.

Thank you. I bought the coordinator add-on, and it works well. Different topic: Have you considered a sliding scale as a payment option?
