 * I have this URL excluded and have emptied the litespeed cache, but the client
   is still getting a 
   *** Forbidden. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. *** message. I excluded

   what am i missing?

 * I’ve tested the form and can confirm that my test request was not intercepted.
 * Also I’ve analyzed requests in your anti-spam logs. Some visitors’ parameters
   are transmitted incorrectly by our plugin. This causes false positives. 
   Please
   do the following:1. WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk 
   → Advanced settings →→ set the “Set cookies” option to “Auto”;→ set the “Use 
   Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library” option to “On”;→ Save Changes.2. Set
   the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours (it’s important).3.
   Clear all the cache on your website.
