Confirm email option (again)

Hi

A couple of years ago, @digitaldesigner posted a neat solution to a request for a ‘Confirm email’ field (similar to confirm email) at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ultimate-member-confirm-email-option/

I’ve just tried to implement this, and it generates a WP critical error on form submission; has something changed to make this no longer work?

I’d very much like to be able to add that confirmation field!
