Hi,

I am using the free version of the plugin.

Seeking support from you for these issues/questions:
1. A confirm dialog box appears after refreshing page upon subscription.Here is the screenshot for your reference (appears on both FF and Chrome).http://i.imgur.com/njQBRsI.png
2. Thank you message appears even after refreshing the page
3. How do I open “subscribe” page when I click on sign up button instead on re-loading the same parent page like this – http://i.imgur.com/u9JB5ma.png/ (I understand that if I buy premium plugin the entire page will not be reloaded).

Hi Venkatrk,

1 and 2 are because the form submits to the current page. Refreshing will re-send the form submission once again.

The good news is that the fix for 3 will also fix 1 an 2.

Solution: set a Redirect URL in the form settings. That will redirect the page to any URL of your liking for every successful form sign-up.
