 * What’s the best way to configure the plugin (free version) when HTTPS is turned
   on and HTTP/2 is enabled?

 * Do you know if performance is better with minification, with file combining and/
   or with compression?

 * Of course the performance is better with minification and combining.

 * Emre, Have you actually measured this or do you know of any experiments, or is
   this an educated guess?
 * I wonder if this is true even on first page loads, where HTTP/2 may not send
all the sources with the initial request, but the plugin would crunch them all.
This is particularly relevant for mobile pages, where we want the visible part
to display as quickly as possible, but we’re happy for the rest to arrive later.

 * I did not test. You can test and let us know the result 🙂
