My Facebook pixel has been working fine.
I am trying to set up Facebook Dynamic Ad so I add a new content ID and select a page from the drop down. After testing with my Facebook page, it does not seem to be working.
When I return to “Facebook Pixel” page on my workpress site, the “Facebook Pixel” page is blank so there is no way for me to make edit and further my troubleshooting. i.e. no field name or content are shown.
I try to deactivate and un-install.
Then re-install, no difference. Presume the old data is still there.
    Do you have a suggestion?

    Hello There,

Thanks for reaching out to us. We’ll see how we can help.

We don’t have any other reports of this behavior and have been unable to reproduce it. That means this is a unique issue likely caused by something unique to your site.

In these cases, a conflict with another plugin, or your theme, is the most likely source of the issue. We will need to test for that and see if we can isolate the conflicting software. If we can find out what piece of software is causing a conflict we can see if we can resolve it on our end.

To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Pixel Cat and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each one to see if the issue returns. If it does you will have found the conflict
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved. If it does your theme is the conflict.

Let us know your results in detail, and we will see where to go from there.
