Config File changed?

greetings fellow wordpressers, i’m a bit embarrassed to be posting because i have several websites launched using wordpress and had considered myself quite knowledgable. Recently, In trying to launch my latest website, t-mobilemytouchapplications.com i have been receiving the dreaded “error connecting to database” page. I have retried multiple installs and am positive my DB_Name and DB_user names are correct. Any ideas on why I am having this problem/are there some new ticks in the latest version?
