Hello N-Media,

I add a rule just for one field but all fields not shown.

Sorry, but I don’t see any fields there but just a button.

I said nothing is displayed when Condition is activated.
If you are careful, the form will load before the page is fully loaded but not seen after fully loaded.

I changed the theme and the problem was resolved.
