    Hi !

First thank you for this great product.
I have a problem for a week ; my popup displays everywhere, even if I specify conditions (like only “all products”, or chosen products).
I update the popup, but after, in the popup dashboard/list, it is still written, near my popup “All posts, All pages, All categories,…”

    I don’t understand why,

    Thank you for your advice,

    Laura

I’m having the same problem. I just installed it, and choose conditions for two separate slide ins and it still comes up everywhere and says ‘all posts, all pages, all categories…” in addition to the conditions I choose.

Thanks for your help in this, I had to disable it until I can fix it.

    Hello there @argamanne,

hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching us! 🙂

As Hustle is being displayed by default into all pages, if you want to restrict it for all product pages, for example, you should set up the conditions like this:
    https://monosnap.com/file/q0UKyWgdeVMX8Yupp2CfQZYTZLWJ9j

@chickenmama, please make sure that you exclude any pages/posts that you don’t need the popup to come up. If you’re still struggling with this, please do create a separate topic about it and we’ll assist you to set up this properly. 🙂

    Thank you,
    Dimitris

It’s really the same issue. And I cannot duplicate the screen shot you are showing, because when I put posts or pages into conditions it doesn’t say ‘no posts’ it says all posts or exclude these posts.
And for my pages, I specified 5 pages, but it shows up on every page.
    All Pages Except
Only These Pages – I choose 5 separate pages.
So I’m not sure how to duplicate what you showed in your link.
Also, am I to understand, I have to choose each page and post individually to add it to be excluded.
How is it that you chose a condition and it says “no posts”
    Thanks.

    Hello @chickenmama,

And I cannot duplicate the screen shot you are showing, because when I put posts or pages into conditions it doesn’t say ‘no posts’ it says all posts or exclude these posts.

When you add Posts, try switching from “Only These Posts” to “All posts except” and back and it will make No Posts, like on this screenshot:

This will work for Categories, Tags as well.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
