Conditional results with method other than points

In the description, you put: “Creating results is optional but very powerful because you can present completely different content to the user depending on what path they took through the quiz and how many points were assigned to their answers.”

I think this feature is fantastic, however, I wanted to know if there is a way to keep track of what someone answers in their quiz without points? Such as if they answered the first selection on each question or the first and then the third selection it would be able to track that and take them to a URL based on that? Or would it be possible to use tags, classes or categories, etc for a certain answer?
