Conditional Requirements W/ Calculated Values?

I’m looking to create a poll for customers that redirects them after, based on their answers. The poll needs to calculate responses, weigh them, and redirect them to a page if their responses meet the criteria (assigned values).

Is this possible yet with this plugin?
