# Conditional redirect form

 * Hello, I’m currently searching for create a form with many radio input where 
   the user can only answer by yes or no. At the submit of the form, I would like
   the user to be redirected to a specific page related to the user answers.
    Can
   I do this with WPForms ? Thanks
