So here’s what I have- tell me if I’m missing anything.

The concept: customers choose from three options for a product (classic, dreamy, or luxury). Based on their choice, a row of checkbox add-ons should appear for them to choose from.

In my product field group, I have a selection box where they choose the classic, luxury, or dreamy package. Underneath that, I have three “checkbox” fields. In the “conditionals” tab, I’ve put one set of add-ons to only appear if “package” “is equal to” “classic”, one to only appear if “package” “is equal to” “dreamy”, etc.

On the front-end of the product page, the add-ons never appear, no matter what I choose. Weirdly enough, it works on mobile, but not desktop.

So- have I missed a step, or is it a bug in the system?

    Hi @jacksligh

I see this issue is set to “resolved” so I guess you’ve fixed it?

I did fix it- I had two containers, one that would show up on mobile and one that would show up on desktop, so I just duplicated the mobile one that was working and somehow that worked, even though they were exactly the same.

Still don’t know what the original problem was, but I fixed it for now.

    Thanks for the response!
