Conditional menu not showing on posts page

Hi. I’m having an issue where my conditional menu does not show up on whatever page I designate as the posts page. It seems to work fine on static pages, and if I change the posts page designation back to static, it works again on that page. I’m using the menu in a sidebar/widget area rather than the primary menu area, and the conditional menu on the posts page seems to prevent the widget area from loading at all. I have checked for other plugin incompatibilities, as well as tried to make it work on several different themes, all with the same results. Do I need to add something in addition to the code below for the posts page to work?
