Conditional Logic Tags

Hi there,

Any support would be very much appreciated. I have a conditional logic form and would like to add tags depending on what was chosen in the form.

I’ve ticked the “Enable Conditionally Added Tags” and then ticked the tag I would like to add, however it doesn’t register in Infusionsoft so no tags are added. Ideally I would like to add one certain tag if one option is selected (so it triggers the related campaign) and another tag if the other option is selected.

I don’t quite understand why the option is available if it doesn’t actually work. I have tried numerous combinations but nothing works. Please help!
