  • Hi bajlazzo,

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience.

To clarify, are you referring to the Visibility Controls conditional logic for the WooCommerce cart not working?

Please note that the Visibility Controls conditional logic for the Woo cart is a dynamic feature. To use this feature properly, you need to disable the widget cache. Once the cache is disabled, the feature should work as expected.

We tested this on our end, and it is working correctly. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Select the widget
    2. Go to the Advanced tab
    3. Navigate to Cache Settings
    4. Disable the cache

You can also follow this demo screenshot for reference:

Additionally, regarding the banner you noticed in your WordPress dashboard: the previous offer has ended, which is why a new offer banner appeared. Once you close the banner again, it will not reappear until a new offer is launched.

We hope this clarifies everything. Please try the steps above and let us know if you continue to face any issues. We’ll be happy to assist you further.

    Thanks again for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Hasib Ali
