 * I use a field with conditional logic but it doesn’t show when it’s ok. In screenshot,
   you can see the backoffice

 * Flo, I tried your form & it “Sent” before I could see any date chooser although
   I clicked “Je connais ma date”! Maybe make the date field Required if the “Je
   connais” option is selected?
