Conditional fields getting validated

    Hi,

    I can’t send a form with conditional fields which are hidden but getting validated by your plugin. Do you have any suggestion how i can resolve this?

    Hi Marc,

    Our plugin is compatible with conditional forms logic.And i am unable to replicate it my end.

    Need couple of inputs for further troubleshooting :

    1) Please go to Gravity Form Settings> Real Time Validation and raise a support ticket.

    2) If possible send link to form where you are facing the issue.

    3) How have you hidden fields.Is it simply by using Conditional Form logic or you have done some custom coding to hide fields?

    Hi Jeet,

    yes we’ve hidden the fields just by using the Conditionals Form Logic. While debuging, it turned out the problem just appears when there are 2 individuall forms on the same page.

    Hi Marc,

    Here is the update:

    Issue has been identified. It is primarily because two forms exist on single page. We shall be pushing an update to resolve this in next two days.
