I need to create two steps contact form with conditional fields. Is it possible with ninja forms ?

Yes, you can accomplish this using the Conditional Logic add-on (https://ninjaforms.com/extensions/conditional-logic) and the the Multi-part Forms add-on (https://ninjaforms.com/extensions/multi-part-forms)
