Conditional Field Not Working

    Hello,
    I am setting up a registration form and the conditional logic isn’t working.
    I have a dropdown that should show a text field when “Other” is selected.

    On the text field I have “show if | How did you hear | equals to | Other”

    Yet when I select Other for an option the field doesn’t appear. What am I missing?

    Hi,

    What happens if you change to the reverse logic, i.e., hide if how did you hear is not equal to other?
