Conditional Field not showing

    Hello

    I’ve been using the Contact Form 7 Conditional fields but it’s not working the way I’d like it to as one of the conditions/options doesn’t show on my page when chosen? I’ve added the link to this post. It’s the “MobilePay” and “Bankkonto” options. When I choose “Bankkonto” nothing happens although a reg. and account field should show.

    I hope it makes sense. I’m under a tight deadline, so any help is very much appreciated.

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    How can I get you past that page? The website doesn’t go live before October 1st, so unfortunately I cannot remove that construction page.

    I was also wondering how I can make the contact form tablet and mobile friendly?

    you will need to make the page public somehow. If you can’t post a link to a public page there’s not much I can do.

    I will remove the construction page and have the page open today, or until I hear from you (I hope before October 1st, when the website goes live).

    Hey, you have some javascript errors you need to solve first. One is related to the captcha:
    Uncaught Error: Missing required parameters: sitekey
    Looks like you need to provide a sitekey.

    the other one is related to sticky-header-events-for-elementor
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'transparent_on' of undefined in she-header.js
    Maybe try disabling this plugin.

    Okay.

    captcha as in the plugin reCAPTCHA? I’m not sure how to get a sitekey and where to enter it? It’s a free service right?

    I have deactivated The sticky header effects for elementor now 🙂

    I’m very new to this all, so excuse all my questions. From what I could gather from the link you sent I need to insert this piece of code to my recaptcha api script.

    </script>

    But I don’t know how to find the place to insert it? Do I insert it in the contact form? And if yes, where in the contact form should I put it?

    No no, I’m just trying to point you in the right direction in order to solve the javascript errors. As long as your page has javascript errors the plugin will not work. Fixing javascript errors is not something I can do trough the support forums. You should hire someone to look into this if you don’t know what you are doing. I can’t assist you further. For now, the problem is that your theme or a plugin is causing javascript errors. If you still have problems with the plugin after these errors are solved feel post here again

    I have entered a sitekey into reCAPTCHA now but still nothing happens when I choose “Bankkonto” although a reg. and account field should show?

    OK, this looks like a bug in the plugin. I’m going to figure it out. There might be something wrong with the radiobuttons. Will get back to you.
