In a client’s store we are thinking of launching a promotion and I would need them to help me with some issues. I’ll explain the promo … IF YOU CARRY 8 PRODUCTS OF THE SAME CATEGORY, WE WILL GIVE YOU AN ACCESSORY. As there are so many products we would like to offer to send the shipment in a single time or twice (4 now and 4 more in a month) to select the type of shipment I would like to add a selection combo at checkout for the customer to choose if we send all together or twice. The big issue is that if the customer selects TWICE SHIPPING we would have to double the shipping value since two shipments will actually be made. How can I double the shipping cost that I have chosen depending on what the customer selects in the combo?

    Hi @panchulis18,

It seems that the thread has not had much activity, hopefully the following insights will be helpful.

    >IF YOU CARRY 8 PRODUCTS OF THE SAME CATEGORY, WE WILL GIVE YOU AN ACCESSORY.

For this, I would recommend using the Free Gifts for WooCommerce extension as it comes with filters to give gifts for products purchased in a category. For more info, kindly check the documentation or create a presales ticket with us.

For this part, you might want to consider custom coding or look around for plugins that might closely match this need. You could check out the Split Orders plugin as well as some alternatives discussed in this article.

For queries about the functionalities of the plugins, feel free to reach out to the respective plugin authors. If you opt for custom coding, you can consult the WooCommerce Customizations Partners.

    I hope this helps.
    Thanks.
