With the same IP to call a different blog via port depending

I have a server in my domain, http://www.dominio.com, in this I have my blog.
On another server i have a new blog, with the domain “blog, http://www.dominio2.com”.
I need is to have on the server where this http://www.dominio.com two instances with different tables (for this we use $ table_prefix).
when you call http://www.dominio.com calling, call the port 80 and upload a blog and when you call http://www.dominio2.com call port 140 for example, namely, with the same IP to call a different blog via port depending on the dns.
