    Plugin seems to work flawless, looking at the log it seems to be going through the steps fast but at the end it wants to create a zip file and then stalls.

    Any idea how I can find out what the problem is?

    Just checked, this only happens when I have “files” included in the backup. I have roughly 100mb of files.

    Hi Gerard,

    you can check what files you have in the folders you backup. Are there very big files or do you backup a backup?
    Edit the backup job, go to the files tab and experiment with excluding files and folders to find out, which subfolder causes the problem.
