Please remember that you have downloaded a 100% free plugin. While getting support from the author(s) is excellent, there is no requirement that says a plugin author needs to provide support. After all, the plugin is 100% free.
@dddt Come on Dddt! be fair and mind your rating. If you have problems with the plugin and your third party theme messes up than its quiet likely that the problem is the theme itself and not the plugin. (I test the plugin on a lot of themes and all were working fine)
Easy digital downloads is an awesome plugin and there is nothing better when you want to sell digital goods with WordPress.
So consider to change your rating and i am sure Pippin and friends will help you to make it running;)

Agree Virtue theme is probably the issue. Anyway you always have to tweak things. That’s webdesign no!!! Obviously Dddt doesn’t like working sorry but if you don’t try it won’t work.

Virtue theme is excellent theme, by the way, it is free theme AND HAS A GREAT SUPPORT. This plugin has many issues, it conflicts with many other plugins.
