  • Rigid and limited options, at the player and support.
    After the purchase it looks boring. Complicated tinkering. It does not fit into our template. Competitors have much simpler and more flexible systems. I wanted after 30min Refund no chance. The support doesn’t want to grant a refund but to lead tedious conversations. And should I do explanations and descriptions? No thanks… I’ll give it to you and keep the money.

    Thanks for using podcast player pro and providing you review.
    First of all, I would like to inform that you are very much entitled for a full refund. We have no issues for a refund as per our refund policy.

    1. I respectfully do not agree with your assessment of the plugin’s features, support and appearance. In fact, you never mentioned any issue related to the plugin in your email (in your words “Its a very beauty player, but This is not for me“). However, I respect your opinion and will work on to improve further.

    2. With “tedious conversations” you mean only asking one question, that is “Can you inform what exact error you are getting with the plugin?”.

    3. We follow a simple and fair refund policy. Which includes asking one question (mentioned above in point 2). Please understand that we must follow proper policies to sustain support and further development of the plugin.

    4. I want to reiterate that we do not want to hold your refund. We just want minimum cooperation from you to allow us to follow our policies.

    In short, just inform “What exact issue you are facing with the plugin?”. If we cannot resolve the issue we will happily refund 100% of purchase amount.
