    Complianz is causing AMP errors in Google Search Console. Here is the evidence:

    When submitting a URL into Google Search Console the response is “AMP page is invalid, Usage of the !important CSS qualifier is not allowed.”

    }

    .cmplz-hidden{display:none!important;}
    .cmplz-revoke-custom {
    display:none;
    }
    #cmplz-consent-ui, #cmplz-post-consent-ui {

    I’ve been using the Complianz plugin for a few months but these errors were only picked up by GSC 11th May

    Hi @loveservices,

    If you are using the AMP for WordPress plugin, you should be able to suppress this error. The inline CSS that the warning refers to, will then be removed on AMP pages.

    If you are using a different plugin, could you let us know which plugin is used instead?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hello,

    I’m using Rank Math Pro and had the AMP function selected but using Kadence AMP plugin not the AMP plugin (which is what RM is designed to work with).

    I added the AMP plugin and it conflicted with the Kadence AMP so I’ve deactivated that and now I’m using just the AMP plugin.

    I will tell GSC that the fix has been applied and see if it resolves the issue.

    However, when the AMP plugin finished its scan it said the Complianz is one of “Plugins with AMP incompatibility” – is this normal?

    Thanks.

    @loveservices yes, that is normal. You can ignore that. There is no issue with compatibility. It just detects javascript files loading, but this doesn’t happen in AMP, so there’s no actual issue.
