# Complex Form migration.

 * Hi, We have a site under dev. and it is almost ready to launch. the only thing
   we are waiting on is to get a patient registration form working.
 * here’s the deal. The form was working until we changed themes. I copied all the
   dependency files I could think of and it appears to launch ok but it does not
   show the REQUIRED filed asterisk.
 * I cannot figure out what to do.

 * compared to a CLONE of the live site I set up for testing.. (note this site is
   reverted to the original theme so the form works.)

 * Any help would be appreciated, or if there is a freelancer wants to fix it for
   me tell me how much.

 * Then you will probably need to get back in touch with whoever developed it for
   you. If that’s not an option, you may want to consider [hiring someone](http://jobs.wordpress.net/)
   new instead.

 * Thanks Esmi, I was hoping someone was familiar enough with PhP to pinpoint what
   I missed copying it over. And like I said in the first post, I don’t mind paying
   someone to help me fix it.
