    Hi,

I’m sorry Profile Builder didn’t work out for you!

Would you be so kind as to try to explain a bit what you couldn’t achieve with it? Perhaps I can help you integrate PB with your project!

    Hi,
first of all – sorry for my english. I´m not a native speaker!

and yes -i´m also sorry. Because sometimes i´m not sure wordpress is still not a cms, just an extendet blogsystem. Anyway..

A prifilebuilding system (for 140 bugs per year) need to have the following:
    – imageupload
    – customizable fieldtypes (e.g. number for zip-codes with format settings) wich were validated.
    – styleable outputfileds (width)
    – fielddescription field in this order: fieldname, fielddescription, field (value)
    – multiple profiletypes (and fields) for different roles with restrictable accsess. (role A can see profiles from B, but B not from A)
    – customizable output per role(userlists as lists, tables/masonry layout wich can be filtered by each! value, thats includet in the output. Also sytyleable profileviews
    – fully responsive

Thats the minimum ! Do you still think you can help me? I hopefully looking forward…

Hruodger’s comments are perhaps legitimate enhancement requests but should not be giving the plugin a failing grade, which should be reserved for plugins with weak support, unpatched bugs, security issues, or problems with WordPress standards.

    I agree with knowlengr

Single sentence reviews like this with one star should simply not be allowed.

Hruodger’s comment is poorly enough written that even as a native speaker I’m having trouble following it. From what I’ve seen Profile Builder does most of those things already. It looks like Hruodger needs a very advanced forms builder and not a profiles plugins.

look – a rating system is a rating system is a rating system. I rate this plugin for it´s non exsisting featueres in relation with the price. Not for any bugs or something you wrote. You don´t agree with the rules of a rating system? Then leave…

    “single sentence reviews…”.
I think it´s not necesary to write a book about a plugin, if the point is said with one sentence. I did it.

“From what I’ve seen Profile Builder does most of those things already.”
    Really…?
So i must lying. But i´m wondering that the Plugin Author don´t reply something like that.

“It looks like Hruodger needs a very advanced forms builder and not a profiles plugins”.
Yes, you are right. But wtf a Profilebuilder for $140 should be else than a forms builder for profiles?

It seems your comments are something like “paid”. And that´s what should not be allowed.

I believe the plugin listed here is free. We’ll have to agree to disagree about the one sentence one star reviews. If you disliked the plugin enough to rate it one start, I’m sure you can find some good reasons so to do. Three star reviews would seem to be good territory for short reviews: one doesn’t feel strongly one way or the other.
