Please note that what the free plugin offers is a contact form connected to PayPal as described. The form builder to visually build the form isn’t mentioned as feature in the free version. The pop-up notice (a javascript alert) should appear only if you click over the form builder.
The classic pre-built contact form is useful for many applications.

I second this – please don’t waste my time!
I have just bought the pro version of this plugin which is supposed to come with tech support — which is what I paid for. What I’m getting is one email a day at best, with cut and pasted text from the site’s instructions. I expected to make an appointment for phone support, I’ve asked for that (in my daily email) and gotten no response. It’s not clear what’s going on. How do I contact someone and get a real answer? Thank you.
