Completely Updated: Category Image & Color not editable.

    Issue:
    I created a category to load my google feed into every time it syncs. The Category is a certain color and has a default image. The sync is working..however, I decided I wanted to change the color and the image of the category and when I went in to edit…the color picker was missing and the image is not editable. (I can select to remove it, but then It won’t let me add another image).

    Is this a known conflict with the recently released WP 4.5 Update?

    My site is completely Updated:
    -Latest WordPress install: 4.5
    -Latest Calendar update: Version 2.3.12
    -Latest Extended Views: Version 1.2.6
    -Latest Theme Updated (UDESIGN): Version: 2.9.0

    Troubleshoot:
    -Disabled all plugins
    -Switched Theme to Twenty Sixteen
    Still having the same issue.
