Hello @markjames1234
I am sorry about the experiencing you’ve had with the W3 Total Cache.
Unfortunately, i do not see any support topic opened for the issue you were experiencing here on wp.org or via the W3 Total Cache support channel in Performance>Support section where you can submit any bug report.
W3 Total Cache is a complex plugin with lot of options to choose from and to enable or disable them according to the website performance needs.
I understand that things can get frustrating at some point, however, disabling the options in the General settings, saving all setting sand purging the cache can help with troubleshooting the issue and understanding which option may be causing the problem.
Since the W3 Total cache is a complex plugin, and has a lot of options that are primarily there to help the user to choose what is the best for the website, it also adds some drop-in files, creates a cache folder and adds rules to your configuration file.
We would be more than happy to assist you with any problem you may be experiencing with the W3 Total Cache, and it would be great if you could share more details about the problem you were having so we can make sure that the configuration is done correctly and avoid issues in the future.
If convenient, please share the website URL and more details about the problem so we can help with this.
Thanks!
