    Hi,

    I’ve been facing an issue where after adding tracking information and changing order status to completed, the order status is automatically changed to pending payment after a couple of minutes.

    It happens multiple times on the same orders too, even after i manually change the order status to completed.

    I’ve contacted m payment gateway plugin team and they haven’t been able to find any script error on their end. they recommended I contact you. Can you help me out please?

    Hi, AST does not have any actions that change the order statuses to pending payment and this issue is related to your payment gateway/IPN – AST just adds the tracking info to the Completed email.

    Issue was found in the shipping providers interface where it was pushing order status to our website.
