# Complete uninstall?

 * There seems to have been some problem setting up my GoogleDrive credentials. 
   There is a red message informing me that the account is not authorised. Some 
   backups have succeeded, while others have failed. I’d like to completely uninstall
   the plugin and then reinstall it.
 * When I try to do that using the deactivate and delete options in the Admin panel,
   and then reinstall, it retains the Google credentials and the red message. How
   can I completely uninstall the plugin?

 * Hi,
 * Before uninstalling, you can go to the ‘Debugging/Expert Tools’ tab. There you
   will find a button labelled ‘Wipe All Settings’. This will erase all existing
   UpdraftPlus settings. You can then uninstall UpdraftPlus.
