# Complete novice needs help!

 * Hi,
 *  I have managed to get wordpress installed, and am trying the use the Hatch Theme.
 *  I can’t seem to create a layout at all similar to that shown on the preview 
   for the theme. I manage to add a post, but it is no where to be seen when I preview
   the website, I can’t seem to do anything other than change the name of the website
   and add a header picture.
 * I just have no idea where to even begin, I have tried looking for step by step
   guides but all it comes up with is how to install, not how to design my blog.
 * I am so confused and am about to start pulling my hair out!
 * Please please please can someone help me!!
