Complete mathematical sum

    Hello, I am new to this, I am not a developer.
    The plugin works well, but at certain times it presents as a recaptcha test to perform a mathematical sum in which a box must be completed, that box does not work, it is not completed. That’s normal?

    I recommand use Google reCAPTCHA v3 instead of v2 Checkbox or try to decrease Security Preference in Google reCAPTCHA console.

    I’ve no clue how to solve it. When I tried to simulate that, CloudFlare stopped me.

    Thank you very much for your answer!
    My site does not support Recaptcha V3, because I use plugins that only support Recaptcha V2.
    I will investigate how to decrease the Security Preference in the Google console reCAPTCHA.
