I then reinstall the WordPress through their install utility. The changes I made that I am trying to clear to start over are still there. I created files that should be completely gone when I deactivate, but when I redo the WordPress install…there they are. Some of my widget settings and all that are staying. How can I clear this and completely start over as if I never had a WordPress account? My host lets me have 10 databases. You could just leave the old one in the dust. * Or see if you can install WP in the same database, in a new table, by changing the table prefix in your wp-config file before you upload/install WP.
