Compiler error with PHP version 7.4.

I get the following error after saving a file and refreshing the page when using PHP 7.4. I have confirmed this error does not occur while using PHP 7.0. The error goes away after a while with a new page refresh. I contacted my hosting and they have confirmed it seems to be an issue with the code. Perhaps this line on 3705 needs to be updated based on PHP 7.4 standards?

I have resolved the issue by replacing line 3705 in scss/scssphp/src/Compiler.php with the following. Please consider including this change in the plugin and releasing an update.
