Compensation
-
Since everybody thinks that nearly 8mb of code is worth the single worst rating possible because of 1 update (everybody talks about downgrading, nobody knows what backups are?) I suppose I’ll try to compensate with a 5* rating even though I feel the entire package is worth slightly less. (perfection doesn’t exist, imho)
It’s not like a million 1* reviews will cost WooCommerce its #1 WP ecommerce plugin spot (with good reason, slightly buggy it may be but Woocommerce does what 90% of other plugins didn’t for me)
To the WooCommerce team: Great job with the plugin, good luck fixing shit and don’t let the angry mob get you down. There’s a reason words like ‘development site’ and ‘backup’ exist, but I suppose most webmasters these days are thrillseekers (who unjustly try to damage you by leaving an angry, all-caps 1* review when they fuck up)
Looking forward to 3.0.2 though. Greets!
