 * The plugin is displaying this error on page=crontrol_admin_manage_page:
 * There was a problem spawning a call to the WP-Cron system on your site. This 
   means WP-Cron events on your site may not work. The problem was:
    Unexpected 
   HTTP response code: 503
 * I just spent an hour on the phone with my webhost, and they say cron processes
   are running on the site. They suggested that the error may be with the plugin.
 * Have you tested it with WP 5.2?

 * Yep the plugin works as expected with WordPress 5.2.
 * The plugin just reports what it finds. A 503 error suggests there is a problem
   somewhere that needs investigating.
 * I’m unable to provide support for problems with individual sites, sorry! Best
