No notification email came in somehow. * For example, I have city, state and zipcode dropdown fields on checkout. Would you mind sharing a link to your shop so that I could see those dropdown fields in live action? It would really help me to get a better understanding. * If you have modified default WooCommerce city, zip code and other fields into dropdown fields then I am afraid for now we are not able to support such solution. However we will add it to our feature wish-list and see if in the future we can add support for that. What I would suggest you to try out is to try this once again on a clean WordPress installation without any plugins and then check if the drop down fields get reset? * Because I can see that after page refresh drop down fields stay the same as before but in a couple of seconds they get reset back to the default fields. It looks way too much for me to test it out but I would suggest you do the following – remove all plugins except WooCommerce and our product and then test the Checkout again.
