    Hello !

I have installed your plugin on my website but I can’t add a review module. I am using Divi builder (Elegant Theme), is this the problem ?

    Use the Site Reviews shortcodes:

    [site_reviews]
    [site_reviews_form]
    [site_reviews_summary]

Please see the “Site Reviews > Documentation > Shortcodes” page in the WordPress admin to learn how to use the various shortcode options for each.

If the Divi builder does not allow you to use shortcodes in the builder, please contact them for support.

Thank you very much for your fast answer.

I contacted the support team and they told me that the plugin is not compatible with the Divi builder. Is this normal ? Could you please confirm this information ?

Site Reviews provides Editor blocks for the WordPress v5.0+ editor, shortcodes, and widgets.

Divi is a premium 3rd-party theme and as such, Site Reviews does not provide Divi Builder modules.

However, as mentioned above, you can use the Site Reviews shortcodes directly:

Last question…. is it necessary to put the Woo commerce product ID in the shortcode for any reason ? Is there any advantage to add it ?

Do you need to assign different reviews to different products/pages, or not?

If so, you need to use the “assign_to” and “assigned_to” shortcode options as explained with examples in the Site Reviews documentation.

Also, if you are assigning reviews to products and you are displaying the review form and reviews on the product page itself, then you can use “post_id” as the assign_to/assigned_to value instead of entering the actual WordPress post ID of the product.
