 * Before I cause problems with my site can you tell me if you have tested the plug-
   in with the number one theme, Avada? For some unknown reason they only have one
   sidebar ad widget, Avada 125×125, which is very limiting. I want to be able to
   add double sidebar, skyscraper and banner ads.
